Four-storey office building

Project Ghiberti at Granta Park in Cambridge is a four storey Science/office building. This was a shell and core project with ductwork exceeding 3m wide on the roof, as well as smaller duct in the toilet core.

This Job required high levels of logistic planning throughout. The execution of this project was well organised by the team at Environair.

Due to the size of the ductwork, it was fabricated and constructed by the team in the workshop. This was then transported using local hauliers on articulated lorries and then craned into position on site. Overall this project was a well-run and successful collaboration with the client.
