Environair undertook the fabrication/installation of ductwork at Lucy Cavendish College accommodation for the prestigious University of Cambridge.

This was a modern Passivhaus building that had utilised a cross-laminated timber frame. Being a Passivhaus, a high standard of ductwork installation was demanded, with much of the ductwork requiring pressure testing.

This was a multiple-floored building with a number of units serving different areas, this project was to be completed to a high standard and executed by our highly skilled and experienced labour.

This project resulted in thousands of students comfortably staying in their new modern accommodation with savings on energy costs and a low impact on the environment.
