Our Process
The production stage at Environair
Environair have always manufactured steel ductwork as well as other specialist items within our workshop
Within the Environair workshop we focus mainly on, and manufacture galvanised mild steel ductwork ready to be sent to site for installation.
Tendering stages at Environair
We have always provided a free estimating service for pre-designed tender enquiries.
Within the office the small team work hard to respond to all enquiries, even with large amounts of ductwork or short lead times.
- When we receive an enquiry, we will evaluate the job based on size, specification/specialist requirements and location to ensure we give the client the best support in their bid.
- You can find our preferable working area on the ‘contact us page’ however we have been known to work further afield if the project is suitable.
The Environair Process

Get in touch for a free no-obligation quote for your desired project. If you wish to proceed with us, a simple confirmation email is all that is required to get the ball rolling.
Step 2
Drawing
Environair will provide a manufacturing drawing of the desired parts for your approval. This is the best time to make any final tweaks or changes and ask any questions you may still have.
Step 3
Manufacture
Once approved, the drawing will be processed by manufacturing. This is where the drawings become a reality
Step 4
Installation
Once manufactured, the products will be delivered on a just-in-time basis for our team of experienced fitters to install as per your requirements.
