Our installation team have a wealth of experience
Gained through carefully vetting our employees to ensure they buy into the Environair way. Many employees have worked with Environair for over 20 years over this time they have developed the skills and knowledge to overcome many of the issues found on site.
We provide our operatives with relevant training.
Many of our staff have completed the SSSTS, Emergency first aid at work, CSCS, manual handling and many other training courses to ensure they are fully equipped to complete whatever the job may demand.
We can provide both 2D and 3D model drawings
Skilled draughtsmen can produce working drawings which increases efficiency throughout the project. This also helps to minimise waste on site.

How long does it take to manufacture and deliver the ductwork?
We will often start to deliver ductwork within 5 working days after drawing approval.

Subject to the complexity of the project our ductwork is manufactured and delivered on a just-in-time basis. This means we have had to develop a quick and efficient manufacturing process which helps achieve our swift delivery times (on rare occasions ductwork has been able to be delivered to site the very same day as approval).
How do you ensure fire dampers are installed correctly?
Damper installation will follow the manufacturers guidance and DW145 respectively.

Individual sign-off sheets are completed in-house followed by a 10% witnessed drop test by the client. There is no need to pay additional for this as it is all covered within the price.
Fire dampers are becoming a sensitive issue on site. Our office staff often attend webinars and short courses on fire damper regulations. This means we can give you support from selecting the damper to signing them off. Upon installation, the dampers are individually tested and signed off by our experienced site team. This helps to ensure the damper is installed correctly. Our fitters are experienced in the installation of many different models of fire dampers including Advanced Air, BSB, Trox, Action Air and many others. All of this helps a quick and easy sign-off at the end of the project.

Our highly-trained AutoCad draughtsmen can produce drawings for the manufacture and installation of your system.
With our highly skilled employees, we can work in most sectors and with most materials. Predominantly manufacturing from galvanised mild steel, we also fabricate and install aluminium, stainless steel, or plastic ductwork systems. Support bracketry and steelwork is an integral part of ductwork installation. Using a wealth of experience and manufacturing knowledge our team of skilled engineers and fabricators can design the appropriate solution for any bracketry requirement.
We can even fabricate bespoke items to assist with delivering your project successfully.
Uniquely experienced in ductwork installation
Over the 35 years of ductwork experience behind us. Environair are well accustomed to the quirks and requirements seen on different types of jobs.
For example, many of our operatives have base passes to quickly access a number of military bases across east Anglia. DBS checks are held where work are required in live schools. Our staff has also been briefed on Hospital etiquette to ensure a respectful demeanour is maintained while still working efficiently on site. All of this experience ensures we are best prepared for whatever building we are working in.
